Overseas initiatives

Japanese prefab architecture is gaining attention from overseas due to its high performance, quality, and environmental considerations.
Many companies, particularly major housing manufacturers, including member companies of the Housing Division, are already utilizing the technology and expertise cultivated domestically to launch housing-related businesses in various regions such as North America, Australia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. The proportion of overseas activities is increasing annually. Companies are expanding operations not only in industrialized housing but also in traditional construction methods. In cooperation with local companies, they are engaged in detached housing projects, rental housing businesses, condominium development, and even urban development.
